Patronage of the Section over conferences and thematic sessions
Organizing and holding regular meetings of the members of the Innovation, Quality and Occupational Safety Engineering Section of KIP PAN (at least twice a year). Further meetings organized: - in various academic centers, dealing with the issues of innovation, quality and occupational safety, - on the occasion of conferences/sessions/symposiums thematically related to the issues of the Section's activities, - with industrial partners interested in cooperation in areas related to the activities of the Section.
The following initiatives will be undertaken during subsequent meetings: - organizational work defining the operation of the Innovation, Quality and Occupational Safety Engineering Section, - initiating research in the area of the Section's activities, - initiating cooperation of scientific institutions with NGOs in the area of the Section's activities, - discussion on the development of the staff in the area of the Section's activities, - discussion on the issue of acquiring funds for research in the area of the broadly understood scope of the Section's activities, - discussion on the research potential of the domestic industry, forms of cooperation between academic research centres and the options for joint raising funds for research in the area of the Section's activity, - discussion on the condition of Polish scientific journals related to the subject of innovation, quality and safety: analysis of the current condition and issues with journal scores, - discussion on the popularization of scientific research results in high-scoring journals related to the area of the Section's activity.
