On 8 April 2020, a meeting of the Presidium of the PAN Production Engineering Committee was held. For reasons that are evident the meeting was held in the form of a videoconference. The agenda of the meeting included the following items:

1. Bylaws of KIP PAN - comments and suggestions
2. Discussion of the structure of KIP PAN - sections and teams - elaboration of the proposed structure for approval by the plenary meeting
3. Entrusting the proposed members of KIP PAN with elaboration of proposals for the work programs of sections and teams
4. Distribution of duties of the members of the Presidium in the field of cooperation with sections and teams
5. Discussion and preparation of the KIP PAN framework program for the 2020-2023 term
6. Preparations for the organization of the plenary committee meeting
7. Miscellaneous
