On 14 May 2020, the first remote plenary session in the history of the PAN Production Engineering Committee was held. Technical support for the meeting, in terms of tools, was provided by the Poznań University of Technology, and personally by Ms. dr hab. inż. Ewa Dostatni.
On behalf of the entire committee, we would like to thank you very much. As a result of a long, interesting discussion on the program and structure of the committee, the PAN Production Engineering Committee adopted, in an open vote, the following resolutions:

  1. Resolution No. 2-2020 of the PAN Production Engineering Committee on the adoption of the KIP PAN Bylaws for the 2020-2023 term
  2. Resolution No. 3-2020 of the PAN Production Engineering Committee defining the structure of KIP PAN for the 2020-2023 term
  3. Resolution No. 4-2020 of the PAN Production Engineering Committee on the adoption of the KIP PAN work program for the 2020-2023 term
  4. Resolution No. 5-2020 of the PAN Production Engineering Committee on the principles of creating KIP PAN sections and teams for the 2020-2023 term

The PAN Production Engineering Committee also elected (in a secret ballot) the Chairpersons of sections and teams:

  1. Production, service and project management engineering section:
    Chairman - Prof. D. Sc. Eng. Antoni Świć, deputy - D. Sc. Eng. Dorota Stadnicka
  2. Engineering section for innovation, quality and occupational safety:
    Chairman - D. Sc. Eng. Krzysztof Nowacki, Deputy - D. Sc. Eng. Sebastian Saniuk
  3. Eco-industry engineering section:
    Chairman - D. Sc. Eng. Zbigniew Wiśniewski, Deputy - Prof. D. Sc. Eng. Maciej Kuboń
  4. Production digitization section:
    Chairwoman - D. Sc. Eng. Izabela Rojek, Deputy - D. Sc. Eng. Andrzej Jardzioch
  5. Scientific journals team:

  6. Team for monitoring of academic teaching and staff development:

Also part of the miscellaneous agenda was the discussion of the current activities of KIP PAN with the subsequent plenary meeting scheduled for February 2021, expressing the conviction that it would be held in the normal course, because nothing can replace direct contact, "live" exchange of views and discussions after deliberations.
